Dear Glo
I am 100% sure that when this my data subscription expires, this is the last time I would be subscribing for Glo data plan, would be moving to a more efficient network provider.

For more than 2weeks now I have not been able to do anything reasonable with my 3G data plan, the data network goes off for 40mins,comeback for 5mins,just back and forth,in an unstable manner. At a time I actually thought my phone was faulty, factory reset my phone twice, I later realise my network provider is crazy when I did airtel data plan on same phone and saw other persons having same complaint.its been a mountain of misery on top my money spent.

You are not done stabilizing you epileptic 3G network, you rolled out a 4G network, all in the name of we did it first, yes you did first, yes you are the first network in the world to offer a 2G quality network as 4G.

If you know you can't meet the data needs of your customers, why don't you stick to voice plan only, nobody would kill you for it.

"Grandmaster of data" my foot, more like "Wack master of data", delusional lots

Cc:lalasticlala,mynd44 please move to front page so it can be seen by the incompetent network provider.

Dear MTN NIGERIA, although you guys did not pay me for advert and sometimes you people play small 'ojoro' deductions but "NO OTHER NETWORK COMES CLOSE" in terms of service and network quality, you guys have convinced me that if truly there is a heaven the 'communication room' will be "YHELLO"!! grin grin

Glo is fundamentally criminalised by its hierarchy.

Don't ever borrow credit for any emergency calls, because you will only end up using 20% of it before they criminally use up the borrowed credit.

Glo auto-subscribe you in plans and promos and steal your airtime right in front of your eyes. Shameless, unethical idiots running a network company.

Their data services are poor most times and it takes ages to be fixed.

I used to think being a Nigerian own network will make them have better network and coverage but, their coverage and quality is just too bad.

Browsing with Glo is good down here, but the problem I'm Always facing with them is the unsolicited deduction of airtime at their own convenience on my line and it's very very annoying. And whenever I call their customer service to lay complaints concerning the issue, i do already know the answers from the other end of the phone which is " you have activated some value added services on your line, VAS such as entertainment and sports, and I'll be like what the Bleep? For Christ's sake, I already read all the news I wanted online be it sport, entertainment and the likes.

And the last time they did this was just few days ago after recharging #200 worth of airtime on my line and removing the sim afterward, and after re inserting the sim into my phone on the third day, lo and behold, my dearest Glo network provider had deducted my unused airtime leaving me with just #75. Called the customer service to ask what I did wrong this time around and it's still the same "we are sorry for the inconvenience" story.

My bone of contention is WHY ARE GLO ALWAYS SWINDLING WE THE CUSTOMERS AT THEIR OWN WILL?

from personal experience, baby. This network steals borrowed credit from its subscribers and are habitually reluctant to resolve their thievery.
