I did F2/F1=A2/A1
400/40=x/0.4
40x=400 * 0.4
40x=160
x=4m2 (A)

As the pressure increases, the volume decreases leading to less space for them to move freely, with less space you get more friction [for gases]


But pressure has no effect on liquids
