The National assembly and the AGF Andoaakaa are on a collision course. The AGF maintained that Jonathan and any Minister can act on behalf of Yar’Adua, relying on Section 5 of the Constitution which confers on the President powers to delegate authority.
But the question that will occupy the minds of the lawmakers in Abuja this week will be: 'Can Vice President Goodluck Jonathan officially function as President without the invocation of Section 145 of the Constitution?'

The AGF is obviously delusional. He is a card carrying member of PDP who alwaz puts d interest of his party ahead of d constitution of d FRN.

Let them continue passing d ball instead of taking a clear shot. Buncha losers!!

A good one if you were to ask Yar Adua and majority of his minions. We have to understand that Aondoakaa is performing well at what he was brought in to do. He was never brought in to be a good AGF for Nigerians . He was deployed to protect the highly corrupt like Ibori and Odili. Furthermore, those who put Yar Adua in power knew he was never going to do well as President , due to ill-health and intrinsic ineptitude, and they concluded that he was going to need a 'bruiser' to do the dirty work of bullying the many anticipated dissenting voices plus cover up for Yardy when he f*cks up . That is what we are seeing now.

I do think that enough is enough. This man has gone too far and he has ridiculed our legal system and strenghtened the view held worldwide that the Nigerian judiciary is one of the most corrupt in the World. Madam Rebrand should be ashamed she is asking Nigerians to launder the nations image when those she works with are doing a fine job destroying the little national integrity we have left !!!

Yardy's Government is a particularly shameless one that does not care how the world views it. Recycling Anenih shows that Yar Adua will employ distastful and discredited individuals as long as they 'can do the bizo' !!!

With this Government still in place , I expect folks like Aondoakaa, Iwu , Anenih et al to sleep soundly for a while yet.
