If the story is true the fellow that snapped it should've easily reported to police with picture evidence of police arresting them on their next runs.

My barber asked me to return it, I did but till now is been 3years he didn't talk about it again. No change nor return or even refun.have since left it in God's hand. truth be told, Igbos are fund of selling fake things, I have had logger heads with them not once for selling fake products, just earlier this month I bought fake cream had to return it, the lady refused to refund my money, had to use it to collect sanitary pad,shampoo and tissue paper, and right there in my presence they kept it back on the shelf for another unsuspecting buyer, smh
