My step daughter is 10yrs old . She started getting public hair just before turning 7 and her breasts are beginning to develop.

My GOD, in this day and age? I cant believe people still think this way. Illiteracy is a deadly disease, I am sure you will do that to your children, you need to be locked up permanently.
