Who knows may be the story is another noise making by apc.

But anyway, instead of jonathan building infrastructure across the country, that would have made his campaign easy and easy victory.

His people around him were rather threatened nigerians instead of telling their man to be a successful president.
What a waste of opportunity.

Kano had 4million regd voters, out of which 2,400,000 were accredited to vote....out of which 1.9million voted APC.

Keep in mind that Buhari got 15m votes....so if you are right, Kano got nearly 1/2 of the votes for Buhari.

After refunding their share, what next? They will go scot free without prosecution. Collecting bribe is an offence likewise giving bribe too. They should be charge to court since they now have evidence
