NIA having laid claim to the ownership of the Money & rightly so, who could then define the purpose of this Article?. Stop beating around aimlessly & let the government agencies involved find a common ground. Igbos always lie |

Nothing in the OP states that the EFCC must publicly identify the owner. Unfortunately. At least the money has been returned to our treasury. That's the only bright spark |

Tunji, while the law says Efcc can identify, it didn't say they must publish what or who they identified. If they do, it's just for the sake of transparency or just for show. Do I want to know who own the money, yes... Because of my sentiment and political deductions from the activities of Efcc. |

The act that was written by who And by the Magu has no right to even still be parading himself as anything in EFCC. Magu appointment was below constitutonal provision to the rank of who to be the boss of EFCC and since magu and Buhari refused to obey the act that disqualified magu then any other act under EFCC is void and null. To hell with EFCC. 4 Likes 2 Shares |

This writer is obviously contradicting himself at several points. You just the looter is INNOCENT TILL PROVEN GUILTY. why then do you expect the EFCC to name public and detain such looters without final judgment from court? . |

My educated guess is this money (by the sheer size of it) is for the upcoming polls. We seem to forget we are barely a year to elections and the campaigning starts this year The continued silence of the government ( we know if this money belongs to the opposition, by now we would have seen the full weight and might of the law and the trumpeting of the anti corruption war) shows indeed the money is another dasuki-like political war chest Also is it a coincidence that the flat is located not far from the residence of the financial sponsors of the ruling party? One thing appears clear: The money is meant for 2019 1 Like |

I'm the real owner of the money and I will like EFCC to return the money back to my acc. This is my acc no 3095153345 Ogunmolu Oluwaseun firstbank. Thanks |

efcc can only go as far as exposing the owner of stolen funds but cannot prosecute those involved. the efforts of efcc can only become successful if an independent law agency can be set up to prosecute those involved in financial crimes that have been investigated by the efcc. the current legal system in Nigeria will lead to d failure of convicting corrupt individuals because of endless court adjournments, absence of accused from court, unnecessary delays and excuses. |
