May 15th will be 5 months that the clowns in NAss would have had the budget.

So assuming the budget is eventually appropriated by them after 5 months, how many months would be left to implement it before the preparation of the 2018 budget begins in September.

if these morons in the NAss can take as long as they like to appropriate the budget, what actually stops them from "sitting" on the budget for the entire duration of 2017?

Is there no time limit?

Welcome to Nigeria bro....

We keep doing the same thing but expect a different result. It took them 1st half of last year to pass that of 2016.

We need to wait till June. By then, they would hurriedly pass the 2017 budget. sad

Only God can fix this mess of a country.. Only God!

God will become a young tribeless politician and contest for presidency in Nigeria and somehow win , and then invite angels into NASS , put baby cherubium and Seraphims in governors seats and they'll successfully convert Nigeria to heaven in 4 months

My brother , instead of campaigning for Kanu , Protesting up and down, this is a good reason to protest

Afterall presidency has sent it since last year , it's not up to him anymore , unless they are looking for where and how to pad

Why should the National assembly look into the budget. Buhari can use money without appropriation.

If the NAS cannot have a say on appointments then they shouldn't have a say on budget. You can blame NAS all you like if the government fails, it's BUHARI'S government that failed. Whether you put the blame on NAS or not.

Might as well Start planning for 2018 since they need a year to pass the 2017 budget. Hopefully 8 months would be enough for them

That's what you see when two mad elephants fight(the executive mad men and those in the national assembly of rascals) the poor grasses suffer
