You keep sounding like judges are robots. I hope you know that if your matter is assigned to a judge and you feel you will not get justice from there, you can (through your lawyer) ask the judge to disqualify himself/herself on the matter. the matter will be re-assigned by the administrative judge.

Even in a jury system, where a person on trial thinks that a particular member of the jury will not be fair, you can apply for that person to be changed.

This is the first time i will contribute on this TBOSS/Kemen rubbish and hopefully the last, i have no time for such. Guys are thinking of where the next big money is coming from some people are spending time and energy discussing who got fingered and all what not.

If she had won the competition, do you think she will spend time discussing molestation.
