I do not know what they taught you but I know that every crime has what we call ingredients. It is the ingredients that you prove. In proving those ingredients, direct and circumstantial pieces of evidence come to play. If you have stark and solid proof, perhaps with eye witness accounts that cannot be controverted, then it could pass as direct evidence (sometimes taken or mistaken as primary) it is however circumstantial when analogies and deductions come to play. I tend to think that kemen's situation is more of the later.

Why should i even teach you basic and elementary criminal procedure. Did you say you passed through the Law School? Moreso, most of those shows make you sign an undertaking against suing....because her suite will be civil, I doubt if SA will pursue any criminal case against Kemen on her behalf.

And in civil suite, you are basically asking for damages and for the amount to worthwhile, she has to join BBN in suite (and she must have signed her rights to sue away); so suing is not possible.
