The Universe encompasses all planets and everything pertaining to space and matter.

My understanding of how the moon illuminates is that there is a reflection of the sun on it. The earth revolves around the sun and the moon revolves around the earth. That sounds credible to me. The flat earth argument, I do not believe.

Thanks for your points. I personally don't think we all appeared here on earth out of nowhere. Someone created us, the only person that I can think of is God almighty. Who created Him? Somebody gat to create somebody, unless were talking some type of voodoo here.
I respect Him a lot, never met Him before but I believe He's great.
I don't even know if I'm an atheist or a theist. The only way I know how to pray and fast is through our Lord Jesus Christ. When I pray and fast, I believe I'm talking to Whoever created us.But when science and religion contradicts each other, in my opinion, its OK to ask which of them is right.

If Pluto, Mars, Venus etc aren't mentioned in the books religions are based on, something appears to be missing. Were the apostles that wrote the chapters unaware of there existence?

If these other planets don't exist as someone mentioned, then I think science - particularly geography curriculums need to be changed globally.

According to thw bible, Jesus was born by a virgin named Mary, that contradicts several theories in biology. Jesus walked on water, that contradicts thories in physics. He made several loaves of bread out of just one and even turned water to wine contradicts several theories in chemistry.
Things appear not to add up.
Since my entire existence on earth, I haven't heard of anyone globally capable of those I listed in the paragraph above. Its somewhat confusing. If all that was voodoo, several people here on earth do voodoo, why don't they walk on water with all their voodoo? Why do people have to pay to buy wine if others can create it from just water?

Im sure some of us just need some concrete evidence and not just verses from books to understand the disparity between science and religion. Its either one is right and the other is wrong.
