Try mozila firefox too, I had similar problem when I was using internet explorer until I changed my browser to mozila firefox before I could finally saved and submitted my application.

You can still print it by login in as a registered user with ya email and password. Your dashboard will pop up and you will see option of printing

Seriously, the site isn't opening? I need to confirm that. However, you mentioned saving ya print out on phone so you can also print from phone. I think I've confirmed its no longer opening. So the only option you've got now is to print the one you saved on phone

U might not need the confirmation slip later cos what will be important is the invitation for exam/screening letter if U're shortlisted for the next stage
