When Ojukwu was president of Biafra, the next two most important men after him were, General Philip Effiong ( Vice president) and Mr NU Akpan (Chief secretary to the Biafran Government). Neither man was Igbo. Trying to reduce Biafra to an unconstitutional 'South East' or trying make it an Igbo affair is nonsense.
