Stalin was a political terrorist and a mass murderer... He was evil and all those acts were wrong. In my opinion I cannot justify mass murder of innocent citizens for any reason. If we evolved in a society where rape is fine, rape would have been fine. Yes!

But is it possible to have a world where rape is considered fine? No.
As long as humans feel emotional and physical pain it will never be accepted as fine.
