Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, for successfully hosting the Golden Jubilee celebration, being a recipient of the Grand Service Star of Rivers State as well as having a glorious two years in office. In a statement from Government House in Port Harcourt Dr. Banigo said Governor Wike is a prudent manager of human and material resources especially in these austere times which have ultimately transformed the State. “The volume of work done within two years of his Administration is amazing even to his worst critics” Dr. Banigo stressed.
