you are thinking of self annihilation of your tribesmen with myopic reasoning. Ask the governors where the state monies are. You hands are not tied neither ur legs to go round the igboland and map out strategies for development and attract foreign investors support. Reason well my bro come of tribal sentiment which has been clouding ur judgment sense and quit mundane thinking.
