Thats exactly my point.The outcome of Militancy without planning cannot be predicted. Democracy and state creation give individual states power to develop at their own pace as demonstrated by Mbakwe and Diette Spiff but our governors have sacrificed development planning for fire brigade approach to development hence the chaotic situation in our polity.
If we are as wise as we claim then we should use our human and other resources to pull ahead of other regions.
