The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has again said something about its call for referendum, focusing on that until the point that the Nigerian government takes care of its requests, there will be no decision in the South East beginning from the up and coming Anambra state governorship election. IPOB said should its call for referendum is not met, it will use the November 2017 governorship election in Anambra state to set example for what is to come in the future.
