If you can get the glo 2.5k for 10gig, you will have enough data to do a course. The course that I took was 'Infographics'- project-centered course.
I was using Glo before their network moves from bad to worst but I am currently on airtel and I am qualify for their 2k for about 8GB Plan.
I was about to start a course sometime ago before I get piss off when I discovered all or maybe most of their courses are in video format.
Which courses will you recommend for a starter to learn Infographics, networking, website design.

Op I hope you are aware doctors are still protesting in Osun over 22 months salaries Same state has been paying half salaries to workers for 26 months, why can't west high IGR on paper reflect to those dying in penury Five southwestern states received bailout funds twice to enable them pay the backlog of workers’ salary arrears.

I don't know why people read tribal meaning into a pure statistical issue. Does higher IGR automatically translate to higher living standard? Does the infographic claim that one zone is better than the other in terms of 'salary payment' or even livelihood? Let us face topics and address it as it is. Educated people should be smart!

@obasy09: The SE is the least populated region and most unproductive in the South, that's the real answer. If they were productive it would reflect in their IGR, it's that simple.

A former Igbo Governor confessed Igbos are hardest hit by the current recession

http://punchng.com/igbo-worst-hit-by-recession-ohakim/

Another sitting Governor also confessed that they're afraid of restructuring because they can't survive without allocation (which is reflected in the overall IGR of the entire region).

http://www.thisdaylive.com/index.php/2017/06/29/we-dont-want-restructuring-says-umahi/

All these are reflected in their overall low GDP, low IGR and lack of productivity in the SouthEast. Therein lies the answers to your question.

Guy, you must have lost your damned mind. Just from the video's still image alone I can see that Ebonyi is a cesspit, even before clicking it. cheesy Therefore, sorry to disappoint you but I ain't clicking jack. Ebonyi state governor has confessed that his state can't even survive without allocation and you still have the nerve to try to sell such an unviable hellhole? Ebonyi people are the houseboys and gala sellers all over my region and even yours. Abeg get off my mention.

I will actually pass the blame on the youths who would rather sit at home and blame hausa/afonja for all their problems instead of their leaders.

Being unproductive mostly doesn't have to do with being in the sun day and night. It mostly have to do with minds.

There is something fundamentally wrong with the mind of average igbo youth and it goes beyond just the leaders.

bank deposit is stupid because most igbos are traders who import of most their products from abroad.
Which wreck our economy more by way.

E.g
an igbo man will sell imported fake phone charger, send the money to china using banks. Then import more charger of fake drugs.

Average hausa men mostly don't use banks don't use banks. E.g the bdc guys, the farmers, the herdsmen.
They prefer the safe room in their house.

That's why no economist in the world will use bank deposit to determine economic activities.

By the way, your stat is not correct, that's for 2013 and we are in 2017.

They judge economic by the gdp growth, ppp etc. No bank activities.
