It totally depends on your configuration Sir.. If you use just 10 units , I might use 11units all in series depending on my inverter & scc model !

2v battery series like hoppecke , prag ,sonnenschein , narada etc stacked up in some organizations .. Get a free room in your compound specially built for loading batteries be it deep cycle flooded or sealed VRGA / VRLA as we have most build power houses for Generator sets

No, the bolt head won't turn freely... As long as it's size 13 bolt, it fits well and gives you room to slide it along the rail. By the time you tighten the nut, it'll hold firm and secure

Very important to note is the fact that the foreign aluminum is softer (as I've earlier stated). Hence, after placing the panel on the rail, be very careful when tightening the nut. You have to use your sense of feel to know when it's already tight and stop so you don't end up yanking off the bolt.

In addition, you can still add a small washer to the bolt head that goes into the rail slot, but it would now be a little difficult to slide the bolt across. But if you can find a small washer that fits the bolt well, you might be able to manage

However, just be careful and sensitive when tightening the nut

Yes those should be Narada AGM batteries I guess! It's nothing new as I said earlier in most big companies or blue ship firm power projects ! They have higher cyclic life & definitely last longer ..
