Is it only Magu that can fight corruption or APC govt have ulterior motives by insisting on Magu?

NO! But the question you should be asking is, Why won't they Confirm him since he is doing a good job? Easy, they don't want him to come after tbem.
Exactly the same thing they did with NUHU RIBADU otherwise Corruption would have been Reduced drastically cos they fear Ribadu so much. But the minute he touched James Ibori and refused his $million Bribe. They took him out and the same Ibori was later attested in the UK and served Jail time

@emboldened
They won't confirm him because the DSS's dossier of him portray a very corrupt official.

If you believe that then you will believe every crap they spin out. Do you realize they tried same with Ribadu? Yet he is constantly working with foreign intelligence agencies who actually know more about the corrupt officials and they Fund him cos they know he was doing an outstanding job. Did you realize GEJ goverment almost retired this same Magu not because of corruption but rather cos he was Fearless and going after the untouchables in High places. Do you also realize that the Magu might have some damaging stuff on the DSS Boss? Just watch the Drama as it unfolds. This is Corruption fighting back and nothing else. You saw Dino Celebrating like he won a Lottery when Sarakis Case was squashed and he paid back by stopping Dino,s recall. So Magu is not the culprits here but these wicked people holding Nigeria back

...how has it been done in the past before APC came with their satanic agenda?

In the past it's been done in Man know Man way, When the President send names for confirmation, They attach bribe to it for the Senate to confirm who ever they send.. Now ask yourself, has the Senate ever been this transparency? Have they ever screen nominee live for us to see? No they just do their normall bow and go..

Now Buhari did not give the Senate bribe as usual and they are trying to undermine his appointments..

OBJ know the secret of the Senate well well..

This Magu matter don't tire person. Why can't FG let Magu go? Is he the only person that can occupy that position?

I can see that it is now a matter of by fire by force confirmation.
Wether senate like it or not, anybody that FG send to them must be confirmed by fire by force even if that person has issues.

Which kinda Government is this?

APC, sense fall on you

Why must FG bow to the Senate? Why did the Senate want him to go by force? What are they hiding from Nigerians that Magu know about?

I guess reason Akpabio say they will not confirm Magu or else he will use them do peppersoup..

I know they are all rogues.

But the senate is right this time.

No one should be bigger than the constitution.

So the Senate is bigger than the constitution? When Kogi West recall Dino Melaye is he bigger than the people of his constituency of the constitution?

The President have all the power to appoint who ever he want..

I hope the Presidency make good on Their promise to go to Supreme Court

Supreme Court will confirm that EFCC is not one of the listed agencies covered by section 171

Supreme Court will also affirm the position of section 154 which also shows that Senate approval is required for certain position

Supreme Court will also affirm that because the 1999 constitution does not mention the word EFCC in either of the above sections, that the EFCC act, an act of NASS recognised by the constitution takes precedence in this situation and as such Senate confirmation is required

The Supreme Court will also affirm that appointment of public officers to acting capacity is not intended as a means to circumvent due process of the law or the constitution and as such rejected public officers by the Senate are required to stand aside

anyway like I say, I hope Presidency go to court
