If Ibadan is 'dead' (according to his opinion, which at the end of the day doesn't count for much really coz he's a non-entity), then the SE isn't even in contention. I have showed an earlier report by Euromonitor, one of the most reputable market, data and analytics firms in the world, wherein the same Ibadan was adjudged one of the fastest growing cities in Africa with a high consumer spending power. NO SINGLE SE state featured on the list.
