that isn't heterochromia. In heterochromia, the iris of each eye has a completely different pigmentation i.e blue and green, gray and brown e.t.c

Hmm, I'd like a less "professional-looking" photo. Not that I'm doubting it's legitimacy as I did a little googling and he (as well as the girl in the OP) are supposed to have Occular Albinism - specifically Nettleship-Falls albinism - but the image can look significantly altered to many people.
