The Ozubulu shooting at St. Phillips cath church is a continuation of the drug war that been going on in SA since 2013. More than 30 guys have been killed in this war of who takes control of a park where drugs is sold in Hillbrow. Even wives and relatives have been caught in this crossfire.

The last time Rev. Fr Ebube Mouso visited SA, one of the guys was gunned down right where the Fr. was holding his crusade. Sources said a notorious Nigerian who has been killing people since his arrival here in 1997 and was sentenced to 3 lives(75years) in 2011 is behind this killings.He calls you from prison and tell you that he's not gonna gain freedom soon.And if you don't give his boy X amount....they will kill you. In fact he's been protected by SAPS because most are his friends. He stays in one of the most secured areas in northern Suburbs of JHB. Hear what Benue State governor, Samuel Ortom said: herdsmen in neighbouring countries have concluded plans to invade the state.

Ortom raised the alarm at NSKT Church in Taraku, Gwer Local Government Area, during the burial of Mama Atese Rebecca.

He said the attack was because of the state’s stance on ranching.

The governor called on the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in the state to organise prayer and fasting in order to avoid bloodshed.

He added that he had received security reports that herdsmen across the West African sub-region were planning to invade the state.

He added, “The anti-grazing law our government came up with was to protect both farmers and herdsmen. I have been saying that this government is ready for any superior alternative, but to me, the global practice is ranching of cattle.

“Let me appeal to our religious leaders, CAN, to organise prayers and fasting for peace to reign in the state.”

While hosting the country representative of the United Nations High Commissioner on Refugees, Edward Kallon, Ortom had said herdsmen attacks had led to the death of 1,878 Benue residents, while 200 persons were still missing.

The Ozubulu community in Ekwusigo local government area of Anambra State were this morning thrown into mourning as a gun man walked into St Philip's Catholic Church and started shooting sporadically, killing 11 and injuring 18 persons.On hearing the sad development, Governor Obiano stormed the scene to ascertain the level of damage and sympathize with the people.

Speaking at the Church premises, the governor revealed that preliminary security investigations show that the shooting was caused by a feud between two brothers from the community living outside Nigeria."This is sacrilegious, totally unacceptable in Anambra State." - Gov Obiano.The deeply saddened governor asked the people to go about their businesses without fear or panic noting that this isolated case must be followed to the root and all perpetrators must be brought to book.

After a busy week at work,Sunday is the only day to stay home and rest.
