Andy Ubah, Tony Nwoye, Others, Exposed. See The Petition Before EFCC Against them


A non governmental organisation - Anambra Conscience Movement has petitioned the economic and financial commission EFCC over the use of constituency fund to finance elections by some legislators in the state.

In a letter addressed to EFCC which we exclusively obtained by us states

That some members of the national Assembly are aggresivley campaigning in their various parties for the tickets.

That we have observed that some of these members of National Assembly are utilising and diverting funds meant for their constituency projects for election campaigns"

The group further said that

..these aspirants have bought and shared to party officials across the state just to induce them to vote for them at the primaries of their parties and we have traced these funds to funds allocated in the budget 2015 and 2016 for execution of constituency projects.

Those accused of diverting constituency projects funds by the group are

Sen Andy Ubah of APC
Hon Tony Nwoye of APC
Linda Ikpeazu of PDP
