A diary kept by a portion of the 276 Chibok Girls abducted by Islamic faction Boko Haram amid the season of their imprisonment has surfaced.

As per Reuters, the journal was discharged by one of the young ladies who have been discharged in Abuja, at the area where the Federal Government is holding them for a "rebuilding process."

The journal asserts that their capture was not the reason the fear mongers attacked their school. It says Boko Haram agitators had raged the school to take apparatus for development.

The agitators had landed at the school to discover the apparatus missing. The young lady said they had discussed over what to do with the young ladies.

She wrote in the journal: "One kid said they should consume all of us, and they stated: 'No, let us bring them with us to Sambisa … on the off chance that we take them to Shekau, he will realize what to do.'"
