He's probably thinking "how are these people still using 1920s technology?"
bros there is nothing wrong buying a 1920 ship ,if only the buyer can upgrade it to there taste and or to world standard . North Korea does not have the money and resources to purshase a new misile ,they buy fairly use from russia and there scientist repair them and covert it to there taste ,reason why the American are aftsid of that spoilt brat . They have the money but they have one of the best scientist who can turn things around.

There are at least 50 countries with submarines including algeria. And you don't have to fight a war to arm and protect yourselves as a nation. If that were the case, Nigeria shouldn't have had a standing army before Boko haram. They should have just waited until BH started their terror before setting up a standing army. Smh.

A clown foreign minister visiting a clown Kwantree. cheesy grin
Still the clown managed to tell us that the only reason they assist us with security is to allow oil flow (important) to UK via the gulf of Guinea.

You either have submarines or (amphibious) assault submarines. So mind whatever you say here.

All submarine are offensive. So any military grade submarine has an assault capability.

The question here now should be how many developed countries field submarines?

The Nigerian navy however has plans to field submarine and the Nigerian navy already requested for $300 million to purchase one.
stop saying what you don't know.

Submarine is different from (amphibious) assault submarine.

Tell me which country has it. Not even US or Russia claiming to be world power can boast of having it.

Submarines are very good military element for power projection and are very good for blockade.

Name any one of the top ten most populous countries in the world that doesn't have Submarines...

We have Oil and those that are stealing it

we are located in a strategic location with a large coastal border.

we have threats in our water ways

we can afford it

infact, all countries that isn't landlock needs them.

the list is just too much.

No country has an assault submarine.

USSR tried assiduously to make one through several projects. They never succeeded in manufacturing any.
