l think from 20 years is ok.

Love and maturity are oftentimes mutually exclusive.
Yes it takes some degree of maturity to handle love appropriately but u'll agree that above the age of 'bout 16 most of us already had something within that continually yearns for that heavenly feeling only a member of the opposite sex can give.

NB:Maturity ain't got much to do with age.

so, if 200 people would tell u in here that the right age is 21 let's say, and u fall in love by 18, you won't go for it or won't believe it's real just cuz it's not the right one according to others

this is a personal thing and each of us matures at diffrent ages; you may know ur true love ever since you were a baby cuz u grew up together or you can meet the one by 50, after you've already had ur share of sorrows and experience.

23 yrs is okay for you to know what you are committing yourself into!!
