You are damn right!
I had to take a second look at the picture.
That background obviously is not Lagos in this rainy season as reported by the "Lie Mohammed Blogger'.

There must be a mistake somewhere. Maybe, the wrong picture was uploaded , or someone is lying somewhere.

But that doesnt mean that those Boko boys cannot enter Lagos. Yes they can, if actually they have not.

Let's be more security conscious.

I think you can use non coloured printer.

I did my sister's own by myself and used our own black and white printer. You can equally save it on your device and go to another cyber cafe or computer centre to print.

don't mind them. go outside the school and print it wit 100naira. that's how they deceive newbies and swindle them. jst get ur pin from the bank and complete ur registration outside the school. internet is the same, u can do ur registration anywhere in the world once u have ur details.

Although I don't know what their online registration will look like but I believe you should be able to access your profile from anywhere as long as you have your username and password.

I haven't done it before, but you should be able to log in like 3 times and contnue, you should use a coloured printer for ease of identification, you could try black and white, if you have no choice, but make sure your print out is clear.
