What is their primary duty?

There are three arms of government..... the executive, legislature and judiciary. each with different function. The rep falls under the category of legislature which is to make law while judiciary which is the court which implements the law. Whether the Efcc follows due process or nt before freezing the account, it's the law court that will decide not the rep.

Not so. They have a duty to make sure due process is followed. EFCC have no power to freeze an account except via court order. If her accounts were not frozen by the courts the reps have a duty to act on the petition before them

The banks confirmed it to the reps that only accounts with court order were restricted. Who is lying here, Faka or banks?
