it is very laughable and childish to want to hold abaribe while a bail bond has been made more so when the army unprofessionally laid siege at kanus house .
even if the army wanted to arrest him they should have obtained s court order instead of acting as if they were in a banana republic.

Lol

A. You agree that Kanu had Abaribe and co as sureties
B. You agree that Kanu violated his bail conditions
C. But you don't agree that Abaribe should be held liable if Kanu fails to appear?

Ojuku's hairy balls fall on you.

And this is for someone in morbid fear for his life having watched his family members, unarmed youths and even d family dog bite the bullet in real terms? If it were u, be honest, would u not be afraid for ur life? Did the army come with any valid warrant of arrest or they came as a force determined to overcome a violent foe? Just stop and think then ask urself who is responsible for the current impasse: the Nig govt through the army or an unarmed civilian with nothing but his mouth, young, shortchanged youths and some sticks and bottles.

So, Kanu is afraid of the Nigerian Army? Wasn't it this same Kanu that said he was going to Abuja to bring the head of the commander in chief of the armed forces?

Wasn't it this same Kanu that said it's BIafra or death?

Wasn't it this Kanu that was raising the BSS to face the Nigerian army?

You're all generational cowards who come from a lineage of losers.

This is what you get when sectionalism is preferred to federalism in a democracy. The order of the Arewa Yoots to have Nnamdi rearrested immediately as a precondition for recanting the quit notice threat and the hurry in executing it is what should take the blame.

In the meantime, lets be dancing Egwu Eke in the East while the CROCODILES in the Rivers of South West and Niger Delta are warming up to begin their own CRY for voting in Oga at the top. grin

Hold another responsible for the acts of government?

Of course currently our government is irresponsible.

So govt told Ipob terrorists to confront the military when they were passing peacefully.

Or because Kanu was granted bail by the court and he was found commiting another crime the police will not arrest him?

Kanu has commited a lot of offences after being granted bail.

Those lawyers are decieving Kanu's suties

After court granted him bail, the FG led by Buhari sent the military to kill him in his home. They still want to arrest his sureties after they made an attempt to his life?

A lawless President will only bring shame, confusion and lawlessness to his country.

Buhari's lawlessness has spread to a law enforcement agencies in the country since he took office. We're witnessing more police and military violence since he ordered a show of force without recourse to law and due process.

Why are people so dumb

No video I repeat no video from ipob showed army inside kanu's father compound

So it is only their gullible flat heads that they will deceive

KANU saw an opportunity told his boys to attack military passing near his house not even on his street...

He wanted chaos so as to have a reason not to appear in court...

But he thinks the court is as dumb as his followers..

We wait and see

The real question should be WHERE IS KANU? Answering this question will determine the fate of Abaribe and others who stood for him. If he's been murdered by the army as some of his supporters are alleging, then why this issue of his whereabout then?

But if it can be established that he is truly in hiding, then Abaribe and others will have to convince him to come out or else they will be in trouble and should be ready to forfeit their money. It is that simple.
lies, to bone of contention here is that FG invaded kanu's House before the court date. If I'm the lawyer defending KANU, I will sue FG for murder, kidnapping and unconstitutional burial of Nnamdi KANU because it was after the army invaded his house that no one knew about his whereabout.
Videos also showed how the army killed his dogs and destroyed his properties, FG could have killed KANU and bury him too, so the onus lies on the FG to produce him

How will the bolded be established.
The army is to blame for this nonsense. Kanu was always visible before the invasion. He was even making plans and discussing is October 17 court case before the invasion.
The army must produce Kanu. They were the last persons ever to see him.

Go and check what Spain is doing to the Catalonians.

Keep shouting Buhari is a terrorist while the army is using your fathers' balls as shooting practice.

Kanu is alive. He has gotten his comrades killed while he ran away like all Biafran leaders in history.

Azikiwe was away from Nigeria during the first coup.

Ojuku dressed like Bobrisky while embarking on his long distance race from Abakaliki to Abidjan.

Kanu has taken refuge in the evil forest.

At the worst 100 million Naira has entered voicemail.

When you stand as surety for a felon you make sure he obeys the terms of his release.

If you are uncomfortable with his actions you go back to court to seek withdrawl of your assurance.

Abaribe has a lot of explaining to do.
