ipob wailer. It's like you've still not learnt from the last OPD that massacred stubborn pigs followers of Mr hunchback while he fled like Ojukwu to ivory coast.
Ipob is a terrorist group.
Namdi Kanu is an enemy of state.

What I hate in life is self deceit and living in the world of mirage. President Ohanaeze, there will never be any re-structuring near beneficial to igbo interest; only as slave-master restructuring. Without IPOB Ibos are gone. The owners of zoogeria has declared that there will never be any restructuring and that stands. Now if they insisted no restructuring what will you do or tell your people whom you have misled. This Ohanaeze is not igbo representative and should rather be disbanded. Let every igbo man fight his fight alone, if he dies or survives then best to him.

Just like the arewa felt nigeria was not ready for independence when it happened, they still will not support restructuring as can be deduced from their pronouncements on the subject.

yes o but the chances of getting restructuring is still high compare to elusive biafra.

Biafra should be a philosophical concept for the development of the South East through a restructured Nigeria. However, IPOB has made Biafra an ugly word and the foundation for ethnic resentment. The Igbo is a resourceful man, independent, proud and success driven. This is uncharacteristic of the IPOB mentality. IPOB has caused a damage to the Igbo dignity and influence in Nigeria and made the Igbo voice at the center to sound unpleasant.

That was exactly my problem with Ohanaeze, they allowed all to fester and kept quiet all along till now and trying to appear relevant now

You might be right but look at it this way.
The method adopted by Kanu may have been bad but the agitation is/was not completely bad.

Observing from the sidelines, I can confidently say nobody or group truly cares about the welfare of the Igbos like the Onia led Ohanaeze.
Their mild condemnation of IPOB but subtle support for the agitation was purposeful and has some political benefits to the eastern region, just that our youths (as expected though) can't see what the elders are seeing and therefore are misbahaving and insulting their elders.

Believe me, if Ohaneze will completely take advantage of the positive side of the agitation, with the support of the youths (that is if they wake up), subsequent administration will never subline the region again.

Ohaneze should make further moves to;

- sensitise, reorientate and incorporate the youths fully of/in the political rebirth of the region.

- douse the tension caused by the activities of IPOB both within and outside the region through peaceful and friendly meeting (a sort of, wine and dine as we rob minds).

- move closer to the corridors of power through pressure, negotiations and involvement.

Our elders are wise!

Since I began my adult life journey, I've never seen an active Ohaneze Leader like Nnia Nwodo. I may be wrong though but I think he's the best we've had or I've seen.

However, Ohaneze should establish a radio station not just to challenge IPOB Ideology but to educate our people from Restructuring, voter education to businesses. Yes businesses because e-commerce and malls are now threats to the traditional way we do business.

Ohaneze should also think about social media presence.

Ohaneze doing what it was supposed to have done since.

Just like the SE governors, they allowed IPOB and Nnamumu Usain Bolt to run riot thinking they were undoing the FG until it became clear that Kanu is an untamed dog.

The Igbo socio cultural group has not done well in challenging their own leaders and demanding good governance from them ubt will rather love to blame the FG for problems caused by Igbos themselves.

Even the restructuring they are now asking for.. how will it favour them? Do they have any resources to sustain themselves without Federal assistance?

Will it stop them from running to other regions for greener pastures?

These guys have been decimated badly with the geopolitical zone system. They are gradually turning to minority in Nigeria.
How time flies.

Igbos are not agitating for anything.

White devil sponsored IPOB agitation does not equate to Igbo agitation.

Has IPOB ever sought and gotten the mandate of Igbos to agitate?

All this talk of restructuring is white devil globalists agenda to gradually break up Nigeria so to better exploit our resources.

i believe in self-determination,but biafra cant happen if your elites are against it.ipob needs to have people in power to achieve, ojukwu had to be the eastern guvnor to declare war.am not supporting war though, but tactics.

Biafra isnt about phiosophy, it is about self determination. When the Igbos get their independence, they can manage whatever human or natural potential they have and develope themselves.

Nigeria has never liked the notion of Biafra. For Nigerians, Biafra represents the break up of Nigeria but when yoy ask the same Nigerian why they are hellbent on Nigeria which is just the creation of Lugard, they cant say anything.

What can tbey say? Is Nigeria more united than their creator, Britain, that could give Scotland referendum in 2014?

This struggling for influence in Nigeria is of no use to anyone, let everyone go and manage themselves and stop this fighting.

I dont know if Ohaneze saud they things that were attributed to them but it is time for them to wsje up and realise that Northern Nigeria will never allow restructuring to happen

And Scotland got it after several decades of promoting and lobbying for the cause, through Parliamentary representatives that had the mandate of the people. They didn't get it through a jobless miscreant from the UK coming to their country to rally thousands of other insufferable miscreants to insult and denigrate other Nigerians and constitute a general nuisance to the polity.
