If u read the report, you'd have seen that the court didn't order the freezing of the accounts on question in the first place. Either that or some freezing orders have been vacated by the same court so all the Senate has dine is ensure that due process is followed by both banks and the EFCC.

If there's an investigation, EFCC should apply to the court for d necessary orders freezing relevant accounts not just doing so arbitrarily and without an end in sight. Again, some of the banks said d court orders vacating previous freezing orders were not served on them and that is another failure of the EFCC. They were quick to serve earlier orders but where such had been vacated as they had no solid case or reason for unnecessary witch hunting, they go to sleep!

The Senate has intervened to get the Executive comply with orders of the Judiciary/Court.
