The construction is neat...if only 30 percent of this type of development can be replicated in each state of the federation. But it seems naturally impossible knowing that most of these other states are still owing salaries.

Even though the gains [will be] there,however it doesn't bring immediate economic gains to the common man. This is what i mean: Will a man who barely has income and is struggling to feed his family be able to wait 10yrs for the government of the day to complete the construction of a megacity so that he and his family will feel the economic impact of such project?)
Then the Nigerian factor comes into play: lack of commitment when it comes to continuity and sustainability of projects embarked upon by previous administrations is sure to hamper progress.
