Even when India has reduced the age range from 35 to 29 starting from 16. A youth according to Nigeria National Population Policy is one who is between the age of 18 and 35. This is due for downward review as obtained in other advanced countries, but for the underdevelopment of our country.

let me educate you now,at times,youth is referred to below 20,sometimes,below 40 or 50 ,sometimes,below 65 is considered young so you can't tell anybody what to refer to as youth .

I have never seen a confused person like this. What are you trying to prove now? I only posited that we should stop refering to someone above 35 as youth which is clearly defined by Nigeria National Population Policy. You seem unintelligent and cannot educate me. It's not subjective because we have a body saddle with such responsibility which rest on National Population Commission that has policy guideline. In this case, it is Nigeria National Population Policy. You think you are still a youth at 40. Kill that thought and start refering to yourself as an old man.
