9jaDoc: Who has not been caught? Can any of them deny they didn't loot? Don't they know their whereabouts? Pls is not a matter of being caught or not. The facts are undeniable. Political crimes is also different from civil crimes in this part of the world sadly. Evans case signed, sealed and delivered and quite different. |

PrecisionFx: Well here it is again: "Even a close shave with prison has not transformed her covetous core. In 2006, during her husband’s term as governor of Bayelsa state, EFCC caught her twice trying to launder money. First time, Patience tried to launder 104 million naira through her ‘business associate’, a certain Nancy Ebere. Ms. Ebere implicated Patience in a sworn affidavit. Second time, Patience was intercepted at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport while trying to smuggle out a baggage of $12.5 million cash. She escaped prosecution on the two occasions..." If this Alakhija was caught trying any of these things or hiding money with houseboys and sham companies, AND shamelessly come out to fight for the money, I will post 3 threads attacking and denigrating her. See, just as we talked about Evans for so long, we talk about who gets caught and brought to our attention not try to divert attention by referring to people who have not yet been caught, untill they are also caught and also brought to our attention, then it becomes their turn, and we will deal with them just as mercilessly. |
Re: Nigeria's Richest First Lady Ever. What A Woman! by 9jaDoc(f): 10:14pm On Nov 08, 2017 |
PrecisionFx: This is what covetiousness looks like (see the bolded): Turai Yar’Adua floors Patience Jonathan in land grab case Premium Times 5 years ago Mrs. Yar’Adua’s title to a disputed plot in Abuja was restored by a court Thursday. Former first lady, Turai Yar’Adua, has vowed a repeat of a thrashing she gave her successor, Patience Jonathan, over a long-standing land dispute, ruled in Mrs. Yar’Adua’s favour, Thursday, assuring the first lady that any appeal against the decision will fail... “The defendants failed woefully to adduce any shred of evidence before this court to support their claims that the allocation of the land was revoked on overriding public interest. There is no overriding public interest in this issue,” the judge said. “The allocation made to the plaintiff who is a vocational training centre was in public interest and in line with section 28 (1) of Land Use Act.” The long-drawn legal battle dates back to 2010 after the plot, cornered by Mrs. Yar’Adua in February 2010 while she was the First Lady, was revoked by the FCT minister, who was appointed by President Goodluck Jonathan, and re-awarded to Mrs. Jonathan. |

PrecisionFx: This is rudimentary diversionary tactics. We are talking mama thief right now. If this Alakhija tries some shady moves and is caught and it is brought to our attention we will deal with her even more mercilessly. Jonathan was president, we didn't hear a pip about Alakhija. |
Re: Nigeria's Richest First Lady Ever. What A Woman! by 9jaDoc(f): 10:36pm On Nov 08, 2017 |
jaxxy: Money laundering is a CRIME. It is not political. That's why people walk away not greedily and foolishly try to fight for what they did not earn. Jonathan was president. Why didn't EFCC go after these people then. Can't u see that mama thief's own is over the top? Who among the people u mentioned has this record: "In 2006, during her husband’s term as governor of Bayelsa state, EFCC caught her twice trying to launder money. She escaped prosecution on the two occasions..." |

9jaDoc: U have to note these are not ordinary citizens they are politicians and high ranking. That doesn't mean they can evade justice bt there are immunity clauses and many other considerations and negotiations that go with these people in other not to drag a case or prosecution. Yes money laundering is a crime bt thats why d banks are there to report such transactions bt they didn't even in other administrations. Why? Dont want to digress much bt Mama peace is greedy and so are the others that y they all loot. Greed in itself isnt d crime bt looting. |
Re: Nigeria's Richest First Lady Ever. What A Woman! by 9jaDoc(f): 10:51pm On Nov 08, 2017 |
jaxxy: See, people get away with things all the time. If Evans had been able to leave the country he'd have gotten away with it. We would never have discussed him. BUT if, for whatever reason, someone is caught, AND it is brought to our attention we will nickname them "mama thief" and have a field day with them, especially if they also tried to fight to keep the ill-gotten loot. |
Re: Nigeria's Richest First Lady Ever. What A Woman! by 9jaDoc(f): 10:59pm On Nov 08, 2017 |
jaxxy: Well, they apparently reported mama thief You read about EFCC finding billions packed in a building and no one comes forward to claim it. Excessive greed would not let someone like Mama Thief walk away. She would shamelessly come out to say it was hers and start fighting for it. |

Re: Nigeria's Richest First Lady Ever. What A Woman! by 9jaDoc(f): 12:24am On Nov 09, 2017 |
PrecisionFx: Nope. Notice how no one is referring to Madueke, yet she stole more. It is simply mama thief's turn. And we r especially angry with her for her comming out to fight for crminal money. If we r lucky tomorrow something will ecpose Alakija and we will have a field day with her. |
Re: Nigeria's Richest First Lady Ever. What A Woman! by 9jaDoc(f): 12:30am On Nov 09, 2017 |

Re: Nigeria's Richest First Lady Ever. What A Woman! by 9jaDoc(f): 1:28am On Nov 09, 2017 |
lumeneng22: Nobody has CAUGHT them YET doing this: "In 2006, during her husband’s term as governor of Bayelsa state, EFCC caught her twice trying to launder money. She escaped prosecution on the two occasions..." And this: She is standing on the premise of her constitutional right to “own property” to assert that the curious accounts opened and maintained in the name of the houseboys of her former domestic aide were hers, in actual sense. And this: It turns out that the companies Patience used to launder money were fairy tale entities. They had no earthly address, no staffer, no robot. The firms did not exist. She conjured $31.4 million out of nothingness – by sheer magic! And this: The long-drawn legal battle dates back to 2010 after the plot, cornered by Mrs. Yar’Adua in February 2010 while she was the First Lady, was revoked by the FCT minister, who was appointed by President Goodluck Jonathan, and re-awarded to Mrs. Jonathan. And this: Fashola Faults Closure Of Lagos Roads For Patience Jonathan By Dotun Oladipo On Apr 14, 2012 Share The Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Raji Fashola, has faulted the closure of key roads in the state by security agencies for the wife of President Goodluck Jonathan, Patience, during her visit to the state on Thursday. |
