Imagine the NNPC saga where Baru boldly accepted that he awarded contracts worth 26 billion dollars as claimed by Kachikwu but he got approval from President Buhari. He didn't deny the contracts thing but only for Osinbajo's office to come out to contradict it by saying it was a loan not contracts, defending obvious fraud.
