Don't be myopic.
There is still Speaker of the House, and Senate Presidency. Besides, most of this positions are theoretical. The assumption is that PDP is hoping to outrig APC.

Best option is that South boycotts all elections until restructuring is done. The system is rigged against the South!

I am old enough to understand the primitive predilections that drive voting calculations in Nigeria. Southeast has never voted any party in opposition. If you follow Southeast voting pattern, you would see that Chief Obasanjo, Yar'Adua and extremely corrupt Goodluck Jonathan were all voted by Southeast because they were all candidates of the party in power. Even when Chief Emeka Ojukwu contested against Obasanjo and Yar'Adua, the Southeast followed the same voting pattern. There is no strategic planning in the Southeast on how to vote. You will be shocked with what will happen in Anambra state election on Saturday. The only edge the present Governor of Anambra state, Mr Obiano has is because the election is a staggered election and Buhari's indifference to allowing the will of the people prevail, he would have by now be packing his loads out of government house.

It is in line with the constitution, Markafi led committee does not recognize micro zoning, as far as Markafi is concerned, we only have two regions which is the North and the South, anybody from the South can aspire and contest any position zoned to the region.
