I strongly feel the Buhari led government is scared of making any significant impact. Quite ironic ! Otherwise, why not explore quick wins while planning on the big wins?

Instead it is a continuous state of sloth, torpor and languor from the laughing President and his gyrating team

The only reason the Buhari Administration is moving slowly is because Muhammadu Buhari is slow in the head.
A President who referred to his vice-president as Osunbade,used the word recession when he meant to say secession recently in Ebonyi and doesn't know West-Germany is defunct,amongst a million other folly is a slowpoke.
