Porcupines have quills that they use to defend themselves.

Not ‘everyone’ eats it. I have never eaten and will never eat porcupine in my life. Same thing with snakes, monkeys, monitor lizards, bats, rats and those other strange creatures some funny people use to eat and post on nairaland. FYI porcupine is GAME . It'd Hunted in the west . Is farmed as well . It's eaten in the west and Asia plus Africa . It's Hunted like Rabits and they are of same size as a Rabit . So frm where yoy think porcupine being cooked is not Normal beats my imagination . ..I ha e seen it in Texas . So this human correctness yoy are potraying does not hold water .

This is not a matter of human correctness. This is a matter of personal validation. You eat porcupine. But don’t say everyone eats porcupine, because that’s not true. If a poll were conducted, i’m pretty sure that majority of people in this world don’t eat porcupines. And as for the Asians you mentioned eating porcupines, that’s not surprising. Some Asians have been known to eat cats, dogs, lizards etc, some even eat human babies. IMO that is not normal.
