No it would make the life of the ordinary man comfortable and he will start thinking straight and won't vote idiots into power . This is what the people in power don't want .
Voting an incompetent man into power has nothing to do with stable power and petrol. Even in the US they vote idiots into power.

A rich man among 6 paupers is only the 7th pauper.

what is the relationship between all this and ensuring a stable power supply in Nigeria?

Why are you so filled with self hate like this? Do you think americans are so intelligent and enlightened? Do you live in nigeria? I have met people from almost all major countries of the earth, and I have no reason to believe nigerians are particularly stupid. Love your people please, and trust them.

I don't get where you deduce this self hate rubish you are talking about frm ? What planet are you from ?
Don't you know deliberate deprivation of certain needy stuff makes people vonorable ? And open to manipulation and control ? ?
If not explain the reason why a sane individual will shout Up NEPA when he/she recieves electricity after 3 days of no electricity ? ?
You are talking about stable power as if it's rocket science . If I can generate my own stable power what is preventing the govt if not greed and self interest .
Go to these places
1 Excravos
2 Bony
3 Nepa estate Ogorode sapele
4 Naval base sapele
These places had stable electricity for the past 30 years
A country where GENCOS can send power to DISCOs and DISCOS will refuse to destribute cos they know they will still charge the customers weather there is power or not
And you are here talking about hate and bitterness . If you ain't about the situation my friend then your case is beyond help .

buhari and atiku had a deal to form apc.
i believe now that, the deal was one tenor each for both of them.

if buhari stays 8 years, atiku cannot be the next president. Becos all parties will have to zone presidency away from the north.

2019 is atiku's last chance at presidency in at least the next 8 -12 years.

BU-bu wont win that 2019 election.. He doesnt have to because he will get presidential gratuity and pensions now..

why suffer another 4years with risk of dying there?

The cost transportation is annoying. You cannot build a $40million pipeline to a $10million refinery for each refinery. People are not thinking. It is even the transport cost that makes modular refineries unworkable. They will receive crude from terminals and crude oil quality control centres by BARGE. That is the only way...and my friend, it is extremely STUPID
what about cluster of modulars
you only need the one 40 mill pipe then everybody will joins up with their own 1 mill pipe. or everyone cluster in Niger delta.
stupid is waiting till you have 9 billion before refining

The people that believed modular refineries will come in months are the stupid ones. The whole of the Niger Delta is peopled by tribes who don't understand things like hardwork, patient determination, discipline, delayed gratification. That is why they would believe that capital projects and uneconomic ones at that will just fall from God's perfect sky.

the truth is that you sound stupid to me.

Please come up with a conceptual design that achieves this via clustering in the ND below $40million.
Barging is actually the better solution and it is very very expensive operationally. Your country is peopled by lazy young people who also feel entitled.

The solution we have advocated is co-location and expansion of existing refineries using current infrastructure.

That is how it is done in countries where people don't look stupid because they like money andcdont want to work.

Zero refinery is more expensive than barging, piping and modular

Aye this much we are in consensus

All this grammar ain't worth the spit it was spoken with without a means of implementation cos THESE ELDERS right here, don't give a flying fvck about we the masses.

everybody likes money even in America and Europe
Nobody likes to work even in west
They're just lucky they were capitalist in nature
Socialism breeds laziness
Sharing free stuff without any work in return is why the second (cos let's face it, third world countries are failing because they've adopted Second World policies) world countries

The incompetents were PDP who had 16 years and did not build refineries. You guys are going to suffer plenty for the mistakes of OBJ and Jonathan. It will be worse for you because your emotions will make you blame Buhari for it.

This is wishful thinking by someone who wants Buhari out and is desperately rationalizing an Atiku presidency
