@POLITICSNGR President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed 209 new board chairmen and 1,258 members of government agencies and parastatals. According to Mr. Boss Mustapha, secretary to the Government of the Federation, more appointments will still be made. Many APC stalwarts were similarly appointed. The APC’s legal adviser, Muiz Banire is now the chairman of the Asset Management Company of Nigeria (AMCON). Bolaji Abdullahi, the publicity secretary of the party is in charge of the National Sugar Development Council (NSDC).The party’s secretary, Mai Mala Buni, is the chairman of the Shippers Council. Senator Mamora Olorunimbe is now the chairman of Abuja Investment and Infrastructure Centre and former house speaker, Patricia Olubunmi Etteh is the new chairman of the National Hospital, Abuja.
