I've seen hundreds of post on nairaland relating to the Effect of porn and masturbation  ,a recent post I read listed all the negative effect like low libido, you become afraid to talk to women, you feel tired etc.  But my concern about this is that when people are done masturbating they release what we call SEMEN same as when they have sexual intercourse with either their wife or someone else, So if after having sex we still release the same SEMEN after masturbating then shouldn't the side effect of masturbation be the same as that of sexual intercourse. Although its not easy to quit but frankly masturbation is not good..its not God's original design. Sexual feeling should be shared between opposite sex. Op asked a valid logical question: what's the difference between sexual intercourse and masturbation since the end product of both is sperm secretion? Since both are logically almost the same thing, why is NL littered with so many threads warning against masturbation, but not sexual intercourse. That's the simple question op is asking. I think the O.P has a point here. They say masturbation causes lack of concentration, low sperm count, PE, bla bla but surprisingly this masturbation has the same mechanism with sex. An erection is gained, friction is apply to the shaft and head of the d!ck and then ejection occurs next which is the damn thing that happens during masturbation and MouthAction. People that have constant sex like married couples should also have these same problem like lack of concentration, tiredness, PE, low sperm count, bla bla. @Realkenny Maybe the heading should have been whether there's a difference between premarital sex and masturbation. Because there's a lot of difference between sex and premarital sex. And if that's what you mean, I'd say there's a thin line of difference - very thin. Masturbation seem to be much of a perversion - a wrong use of the purpose of a thing. While premarital sex is a premature use of something that was ordinarily supposed to be within the confines of marriage only. In all, both have their negative consequences. Realkenny:to compare between masturbation and sex , my take is that sex is more and more dangerous than masturbating. masturbating has its own draw backs but it can not be compared with what sex can do to you. Sex is good when done with someone you are in a relationship with or someone you are married to , the feel is nice generally because you are doing it with a human being, but let us list down the effect of sex and what makes it more dangerous spiritually and physically. You have sex with someone who is not hygienic and you begin to perceive horrible stinking smell that would hunt your nose for days . You can contact some very horrible STDs that could make you cry and beg God with your dialect to spare you from this kind of sickness, then you give your life to Christ during they sickness period. You can get infection and of course another terrible one by licking somewhere down below for those that do such a huge rubbish all in the name of sexual pleasure. In this case you swallow saliva together with the infectious content. And oh yes trust me from experience, your stomach would never be thesame when they effect kicks in , then as a result of this you start to call the names of your dead relatives to come and help you, and later start suspecting that you must have been poisoned by someone meanwhile it's you who is the fool that brought it upon yourself and if you call God and your ancestors for this you might be struck by thunder. You can get waist pain or muscle pull during sex all because you want to satisfy an idiot telling you to hit it harder , harder . In some cases after the struggle you might faint or pass out and she might think she did well but without the notice that she might have killed you . You might also have sex and some how die on top which is another horrible way of going, And a very serious stigma and shame you have brought to yourself that will go straight to a dark place in the after life and shame caused to those you have left behind . You can contact a very terrible spirit of bad luck and spiritual problems attached to the person you are having sex with, then later you begin to wonder why you can not even afford a stick of cigarette and beer , and all promises for aid from your friends and family members would tend not to come through, because you have added like 8 other spirits from another person's background , so your family and friends can not recognize you spiritually again, Then later you sink into deep depression. You risk alot during sex : your energy, your money, and in some cases your life or health . Masturbation has slight effect because generally , ejaculation of semen most times is not good because your semen carries your creative energy, the ability to have a sustainable strength and perseverance to achieve certain goals depends on your semen store house. So there are lots of conflicting ideas about masturbation and sex . If you want to be strong and achieve goals in life don't just do semen wasting . But to compare between masturbation and sex , masturbation is far safer than sex apart from the slight side effects and draw backs psycologicaly that can be contained . |
