Is this how they will increase this price without fuel protest like they did in GEJ's time.

Have never seen a government of liars, blackmailers, kidnappers and every other thing you can think of-of. Haba and these are generations of people that paid close to nothing while they were schooling right here in Nigeria. Anyway seem na their first sons' dey on roll call(if you know what imean_)

SAVAGE!!! ON THE OTHER HAND WHAT BAFFLES ME MOST IS THAT BUHARI WILL STILL WIN THE 2019 ELECTION EVEN IF HE HAS NOTHING TO SHOW. HE SAID HE FOUGHT CORRUPTION THEN ASK YOURSELF HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN PROSECUTED FOR THEIR CRIME AND THE MONEY THEY REMITTED ON WHOSE ACCOUNT IS THE MONEY DEPOSITED.

Still buying 215 and 220 per liter here in owerri, it’s like d fuel stations are selling at their own convenient price, no general price here, u see 215 2day 2 morrow it’s a different price,God help us
Re: Petrol Price Hits N160/litre At Depots by Nobody: 1:23pm On Jan 12, 2018
Looking at the posts here, it is obvious that most Nigerians don't want fuel prices to increase...they want prices to stay below N100...even at the expense of our economy.

When GEJ increased fuel to N140 from N65 in 2012....many of them were protesting. That included the then opposition.

Now, fuel is about to be increased....and many of them are protesting.

My own is that we should have let GEJ increase prices in 2012. I backed it then, it made sense, even people like Okonjo-Iweala and HRH the Emir of Kano backed it (and HRH the Emir still backs it). If we had...by now prices would be higher, GEJ would have lost the election in 2015 by a wider margin...but invetment would have flowed into the downstream sector....and eventually prices would have come down.

Buhari should deregulate. Yes, it would cost him politically. Yes, fuel is going to cost N300 per liter. But there would be nothing like scarcity again. And market forces will bring down the price eventually, and we would have more investment and jobs. IT WORKED FOR GSM...it would work for oil too!
