Football Manger 2018 is here and all thanks to SEGA there are cool improvements from FM17

I am currently playing, I like how they made the game more realistic by adding the Tunnel Interview and a new cool camera replay system.

For new FM Gamers, FM18 might be a little tough and complicated for you but with time you will understand and Love it .

Another striker to have is Pietro Pellegri, he is just 16years..from Genoa
You can buy him without being bothered about getting a Work Permit. He will be granted with ease..

One problem with signing these sort of Hot prospects from lower league to the English league is the issue of WORK PERMIT...
Obtaining Work permit can be a pain in the a$$ especially if the player has made zero appearance for his country.

Here is what to do...
Send the player on loan to one of your clubs AFFILIATE and mark the Option stating The player needs Workpermit

Then the next application should be a success.
