effects of a Heart Break

Nothing hurts more than a broken heart.
Especially if the relationship took so much
to build. Heart breaks have so much effect
on people. Some persons no longer feel the
pain of a broken heart after two weeks.
Some move on after a month while some
take years and a very few never move on.
The following are the effects of a heart
break
1) Broken heart syndrome. We have heard
that people can’t die from a broken heart
but the opposite does happen sometimes.
The broken heart syndrome usually affects
females and is stress related. It puts women
in a thinking mood and their lives are
generally affected
2. Historic Trust issues: Heart breaks can
lead to persons developing a severe lack of
trust for other persons. People can become
too cautious that they suffer from a
delusion that they will get disappointed if
they open their hearts to someone again.
For that reason they lead lonely lives.
3. Suicide or Violence: People may respond
