On another serious note- which kind of recycling of leaders is this?
You mean Chief Audu Ogbeh was minister of communications 36 years and he is minister of Agriculture and rural development now in 2018?
Is this recycling not partly responsible for the rot we're seeing?

it can be purchase by these aluminium condem people in my area, at least they can buy it at the rate of #400 -#500. useless useless past and present leaders we have all over the federation. next time when I am coming to this world I will never and will not come to Nigeria so help me GOD AMEN.

The money that was mapped out for installation has gone into some few people pockets. Even the amount used to purchase it was highly inflated Plus we do not run a continuous government. Everything a previous regime did is swept away. Even we the citizens no dey ask questions.
People have been feeding fat on this entity called Nigeria.. In a long time.. Trust me when I say if our leaders were not corrupt.. Nigeria for better pass most developed nations.

And the youths who could've been relied on to upstage these bloody thieves we call 'elders' are either busy sservicing them as prostitutes or 'thugging' for them as political hooligans while the rest are hiding online fighting "keyboard-ninja" wars on worn-out tecno phones.

The buharis, gowons, obasanjos, dimkas, ojukwus etc were all youths when they ran this nation aground. until this generation of youths arise from cheap-talk ranting and just "reacting" upandan on social media, hope may not be in sight.

This is another proof that Buhari has been 80 percent responsible for the rot Nigeria is today...If Buhari had not overthrown Shagari in that selfish useless coup plot in 1983 the Shagari govt and any subsequent democratic govt would have gone on to fix these turbine thereby paving the way for better scalable electricity infrastructure but no Buhari will instead overthrow Shagari and throw Nigerians into sudden uncertainty that only made Nigerians more corrupt, heartless and self centred as everyone entered into a dangerous mode of desperate survival people started to do unbecoming things to survive , a culture that has stuck till date and it's now getting worse under the second coming of Buhari .

President Tinubu's administration has to complete this project that was started in 1982 ASAP. President Buhari's administration worked on several abandoned FG projects but left out this major project from Oyo State out.
