I don't care what laws are passed or not. What matters at the end of the day is that Lagos will be a city/state that will always belong to those that can truely afford to live there.

You can came from anywhere and scream Lagos belongs to you while sleeping under the bridge and motor park or even living a slum.

While those making good money are quiet enjoying life and building wealth and getting richer from Lagos.

The main point is that Lagos is becoming a class based society.

Tribalitic laws doesn't put money in people's pockets.
