What you've said is partly true but the problem is that both leaders and d masses in the north used this insecurity issue to play politics during Jonathan's regime and its hard to sympathize with them now.

The solution to this BOKO HARAM crisis is to RESTRUCTURE Nigeria.

Boko Haram want RESTRUCTURING OF THE NIGERIAN FEDERATION and so long as the Northern Elite continue to stand against it the GUERRILLA WAR will continue.

Countries that have witness Guerrilla war can testify that the war hardly end so soon as one may desire.
