Religion is a tool for spiritual advancement - all these labels like Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism etc. are just labels. your comparison is fundamentally faulty. you can't compare crimes committed by individuals who may or may not be christians acting with a political motive to the ones of those acting with a clear religious motive/mandate of slaying the infidels. it doesn't work that way
